UAC on servers is sometimes almost impossible to use and the way it works with ACL’s (Permissions) is just straight out STUPID!
Now most people know that you can’t run Explorer.exe elevated anymore after Vista… And they are wrong 😉 See this video how to survive with UAC on a fileserver!
